Sony showed a compact drone for professional photography and video shooting Airpeak. The presentation took place at the Consumer Electronics Show CES 2021, writes The Verge.
The device is the smallest of those that can hold Alpha cameras, notes the publication. Engadget specifies that the drone uses artificial intelligence technology.
Sony said it is exploring the possibility of using the drone to take landscapes and urban shots. Other details about the device have not yet been released.
Although Sony has not been involved in drones before, its cameras are among the best in the industry, notes The Verge. For example, drone market leader DJI offers mounts for Sony Alpha cameras.
